Here’s a track entitled ” Mookie” from Frank Dolla’s future release, Flowsevelt for President, dropping later this year.
Frank explains to us why he named this song the way he did:
“I called it “Mookie” because I’m nothing like any of these Gangster movie main characters, and with “Do The Right Thing” being one of my favorite movies, naturally I picked “Mookie.” Also because Spike Lee (A GENIUS) used Mookie to introduce and establish different characters throughout the movie, and I feel as though the numerous flows I used in this song could be used as characters as well… But anyway.. Enjoy.”
