Spotlight on The FC: Royal Kings – Too Late [SINGLE]

My cousin Nick Barlow back home in Buffalo, NY sent me this track by a local group of his buddies who call themselves Royal Kings.  This single “Too Late” is a song written by Zay Weeks & Ant Cannon and produced by Pencho Beats. They released this song, (their very first song EVER) this last past Sunday, 10/25 and their initial thought was to release via iTunes, as a big move into the music field!  Bold move fellas, bold move.

“We figured we’d put out “Too Late” right after to show the people how serious we truly are about our craft. We wanted to give the people something to be excited about, with the different flows, and a dope visual to go along side the song as well. We released it onto Soundcloud as a free single. The song will most likely be on the 3 Kings EP that is not yet Titled. The art work for this track was inspired by Zay Weeks he found the picture surfing the web and inverted it to really make the artwork and bright colors stand out and catch people’s attention.”

“We are a young group of aspiring artists all the age of 18 & 19 years old that are all willing to work for the goal that we are setting out for, and that goal is to help and provide an outlet for the city of Buffalo. We truly love the city and want to make a major impact to the city not only musically but as a community. We are more than a group, but a family of young visionaries from a small city with a big city mindset.” – Royal Kings
